Hi, I’m Jenny.
First and foremost, I’m a highly sensitive intuitive and channel. While living in British Columbia in 2006/7, I had a profound visitation from grief that lasted eighteen months, which blasted open my channel and showed me incredible perspectives I hadn’t known existed. Grief, combined with long daily walks, helped to clear away a lifetime of patterning arising from complex trauma that had been quietly active behind the scenes.
Since then, my intuitive gifts have been honed and clarified through a series of both challenging and expansive experiences that have taught me to trust more deeply in myself and in life, and to embody the wisdom that flows through me. It is integral to the work I do and all I create.
Why do I put this first and foremost? I spent many years hiding and denying this aspect of myself in different ways, to fit into whatever circumstances I found myself in; to survive. It becomes tiring to do this, to walk through the world as if this isn’t the truth, as if the things I know and feel, that guide my steps and choices are less important than what I’ve been taught or encouraged to believe.
For so much of my life, I just scraped by. I didn’t know how to ask for help, who to trust, or where to find solace from the incessant critic in my head. Looking back, I’m amazed by my tenacity, to keep going, to keep trying, to take chances on people and circumstances as they presented themselves.
It’s been an incredibly interesting and enlightening path.

I've lived in and visited many places since leaving my birthplace (Toronto), in 1993. Travel rejuvenates me, reconnecting me to shared human experiences and reminding me of the healing power of movement and change. At the age of 30, I started my first university degree, in Anthropology. I’ve subsequently completed two Masters degrees, in Social Anthropology and Human and Behavioural Sciences. I finished my academic study at the age of 42.
For the years between 2013 and 2019 I was an itinerant home and pet sitter, with no fixed abode, moving over 200 times (primarily in the UK). During that time, I had a blog, contributed my writing to online publications, offered intuitive readings and worked as an intuitive transformation coach. I've walked several pilgrimages, in both France and the UK, and covered thousands of kilometres of both city and country walking on five continents. (Stay tuned for walking pilgrimages to be offered here from 2027).
More recently I’ve begun to dedicate myself to the practice of yoga and yoga nidra, and have undertaken training as a teacher (in my mid-50s). The things I’ve learned through these practices, combined with my intuition and embodied wisdom through life's experiences, help to inform my coaching practice. The things they contribute to my well-being and how I see the world continue to delight me.
I’ve lived the power of change. I’ve explored the depths of my shadow self and met my bliss, at different times. I’ve ignored the call and felt the grief of being separated from the sacred work my soul is calling me to do. The gift of this precious life and all it has taught me, is what I have to offer here. Change is the magic of life, where soul and spirit meet, where practical tools and divine insight intersect, and where the essence of life can flow freely again.
I'd love to connect, and learn more about you. Please feel free to reach out and introduce yourself in the comment section below.
~ Jenny
