Who are we?
We are Jenny and Catriona, two friends who have come together to share our extensive combined wisdom and experience.
Between us we have survived and worked through the challenges resulting from homelessness, abusive family dynamics (and consequent complex trauma), multiple chemical sensitivities, allergies and chronic fatigue, and have lived to tell very different tales.
